Riley was good. I had been to other dealers along with Road Sport. He was the only sales person that called me to ask if I had made any decision on purchesing a vehicle. He is the only reason I bought the vehicle at Road Sport. Having said that. I had to bring the car back the first week I bought it. And I am waiting for parts to arrive to fix some other problems. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty. If I could I would return this car and choose another. I only see problems getting worse in the future.

Low quality parts, wrong diagnostics, miserable customer support. After less than a year after they replaced both bearings on the front wheels, they got worn out. when I went back, they told me that I have to replace the gearbox. I went to Canadian Tire who told me that the bearings are at fault. Again at Chrysler they insisted that the gearbox must be changed. Went to Canadian Tire, replaced the bearings and the problem was solved. When asked for the repairing cost the Chrysler manager told me that I should have insisted to replace the bearings at the Chrysler shop. Unbelievable! After involving other authorities they finally accepted to pay the cost if I sign a paper saying that they were not at fault. I refused, and I will never be their client again.
