The seat adjustment lever is broken, the car was brought in Dec 6th and we were advised we would be contacted when the part was in, three weeks later I called and was told it was on back order, now three weeks after that call, still waiting.

I was impressed from the moment I stepped through the door...each time I visited I was professionally and promptly greeted, I was never left alone or waiting, my salesperson John was a true car guy and a passionate brand promoter. I made two 6 hour round trips to Roadsport and I'd do it again; I suggest you to friends as well.

The Salesman Riley Coleman was fine however He failed to mention I could have installed a tunnel cover etc on the new truck and included it in the zero percent financing. I refused delivery twice due to very poor cleaning and detailing eg. the wax crayon on the tires was not removed and tire dressing was applied over it. It took me about 2 hours to correct when I got home. There was a undercoating type overspray all over the passenger side of the truck which had to be removed with a clay bar after I refused delivery. The paint was not cleaned after the clay bar and I had to detail the paint as well when I got home. There is a paint chip on the front of the truck that I pointed out and took pictures of that was never repaired. I was offered a touch-up paint pen the I never received. I've been back to the dealership with questions about the Uconnect with your cell phone and left without any answers to my questions. I think I get one year free but no one knew about the service details. P.S My names not Clayton
