Bought a 2013 truck cash and was promised scratches and dents would be taken care of by the time it was ready for pick up. Upon picking the truck up none of of the scratches or dents were taken out which were approved by the manager and Quinton at the time. This vehicle was not detailed nor were there any matts. I was looking to buy a Honda from your other dealership but since this experience changed my mind. Very dissapointed

Fadil was very open and honest about all the details and that was the main reason for purchasing the car from the garage. He is an example for a professional sales man that should be followed by his colleagues to achieve both customer satisfaction and great revenue.

Unfortunately, my experience at this dealership was not pleasant. The finance manager was unprofessional and would not accept responsibility for the disorganization and poor communication. They did clearly outline was necessary to close the deal on the day of the sale which ultimately prolonged the experience. Nevertheless, the sales team was fantastic and made every effort to ensure that I drove away with my new car with a smile. Thank you to Riley and Dominic salvaging the deal, and thank you to More for apologizing to me personally for the shortfalls.

Kayla was very nice. The only problem I had was they were supposed to detail my car but they did a poor job so I had to come back.
