My husband and I just bought a brand new truck at roadsport Chrysler, it's the second vehicle we have purchased here. We can't thank john, Riley, ash and Edison enough for all the effort they put in to getting us the vehicle we wanted and at a great price! We love the new truck, thanks guys! Caitlyn & Arthur

He guys are great, very professional, and courteous. Had one instance where I was not pleased with the fellow from the outobody repair shop, but it wasn't long before I was dealing with the " big boss" and that fellow was no longer working there! Good to see that this fellow was being removed from a situation that demonstrated that he was being held accountable to the same standards as all other employees and that roadsport values their customers rights!

I have been coming to Roadsport for ages the staff is wonderful and take care of my needs. I wish you would offer better prices for long term customers though.

It was good. They looked at my requirements with care. But, they couldn't give me the timing required. However, I didn't have to wait longer.

I was unhappy to note that I was charged $50 for a full tank of gas when I purchased my 2016 Jeep Renegade and there was only 1/2 tank of gas in the car. It has reduced my trust in the dealership

Inconsistent levels of service with the service department. Everything from poor to good so I rate you in the middle. Some service technicians behave in a manner which would best be described as borderline rude with a prevailing attitude that they have better things to do (such as discuss a racing event last time I was there) with their time other than deal with a customer. Other times it is very good.

Initially ignored by sales rep until I approached them took over 3 weeks to complete all the financial papers delay in delivery and once i got there for pickup had to wait over an hour ...real bad service over all,

The service was fine. Polite and very courteous. We were addressed as soon as we entered the dealership and escorted to view the vans we were interested in. Then we were informed of the different options where we were told of different packages which took quite awhile for me to understand where the salesman was going when all I wanted to know was the price. Finally another more experienced gentleman came in and cleared things up for me to understand
