We just purchased a 2016 Tahoe yesterday and I couldn't be more excited about it. Thanks to Paul we had amazing service. He was straight with us and didn't give us the run around at all. If we had a question and he was not positive of the answer Paul found out and got back to us right away. It is a very professional and friendly place and we will be going back. Thanks for all your help Paul!

We purchased a certified used pickup truck, which we test drove as well as visually inspected. We were informed of the history and overall condition of the vehicle, and had any questions answered in a timely manner. We were greeted very politely and professionally, with a constantly positive, considerate attitude from all staff members; as well there was coffee available while we waited and went through the paperwork. We were offered a semi private office space in the dealership to fill out the insurance papers, with the insurance broker, (who Murray GM conveniently asked to come to us). We then were offered a full tour of the dealership to inform us of all services available to us, if needed, and for future reference. We felt mostly informed, and fairly knowledgeable as to the details of the sale and condition of the vehicle by the time we were ready to leave.

Jim was helpful in looking at my needs and expectations. He respected my situation both financially and requirements. He introduces me to each departments and the service they could and would supply. I had a bit of a problem after the sale and even though it was not a GMC products they were willing to assist me. Keep up the good work Jim!
