Incomplete service

Disappointed with the service and no call back after calling twice to comment and question the work. I noticed on my way home the old oil change sticker was still on the windshield then looked at the maintenance minder and saw that it wasn't reset after the oil change. When I arrived home opened the hood to look for evidence that the oil had been changed but to my surprise the radiator overflow was left disconnected from the expansion tank so any additional fluid that was added ended up on my garage floor when I re-installed it. Not impressed! It did appear that the oil was changed after all based on the oil drips and look of the oil definitely a rush job though. Other minor details masking tape was left wrapped around the brake lines after the recall work was done.

As soon as I arrived I was promptly greeted, the service person was friendly, offered coffee etc, she knew what services were to be done and never tried to up sell which I appreciate, the tires were then done and everything went well!
