I experienced God in this place, I saw Him, I saw Jesus I saw His Holy Spirit. I hugged God, I hugged Jesus’ leg, I sang God’s love to everyone, I blessed every car that came in the name of the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit Amen. I drove customer’s car like God, like Sport Injected like Fit like Odyssey +R etc. I washed the sins of the cars then God washed my sins too. I kept the wash bay holy for a long time. I left that one car with pure God’s love. My soulmate Lori came back to my life when I started working here. But I don’t know with God why my work here needs to end. -Honda boy

Was booked on for 20000 km service. Was told on the phone they would do oil change and rear diff fluid change. All they did was the oil and told us we had no block heater. We do have a block heater. Somehow it just wasn't connected. My husband had to show it to them. Very very sad.

Service A - An oil change and associated service checks. The service work was done satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The car was ready when promised.

I liked the fast friendly service., I didn't like being told I had to pay for brake inspection on a 1 yr old vehicle.

My 2014 CR-V was making a noise which appeared to be related to engine speed, not wheel speed. A couple of other shops were unable to identify the noise so I thought Honda might recognize it, if it was common on other similar models. I asked if I could go along for the test ride to make sure that you were analyzing the right noise. I was told that was normally against policy but "we will see". A half hour later, I was told my car was ready to go. What about my ride-along?? The person who returned my keys (and was dressed in a mechanic's uniform) read the notes from the mechanic to me but clearly didn't understand what he was reading. You had identified a bad hanger bearing on the drive shaft. "But", I asked. "isn't a hanger bearing noise related to wheel speed, not engine speed?" Your employee didn't know. The mechanic's notes suggested that I start by changing the drive shaft, $2979 plus labour and taxes for nearly $4000, and then see if that would fix the problem. I felt this was very poor value for the $200 (including $22 in environmental and shop supplies??) this advice cost me. However, to give the Devil his due, it turns out that your analysis was correct.
