Purchase of 2015 CR-V from Roadsport Honda

I purchased a beautiful new 2015 CR-V end of last year from Roadsport Honda, through Charles Chan. My end-to-end experience was unbelievable and I have now recommended both Roadsport and Charles to everyone around me. He and team bent over backwards to obtain a particular model I wanted that could not easily be round, in record time. Pricing was excellent and very clearly explained upfront (I had checked elsewhere first and wasn't satisfied with customer service or pricing explanations). Communication was regular and any potentials issues / roadblocks were explained clearly before, during, after. In addition, when I actually received my car, Charles provided a full tour of car features with full demonstration. Amazing! (I am not one to read manuals unless i really have to so this saved me a lot of trouble). Highly, highly recommended!
