Most of my experiences here have been good with the exception of my last visit. I was charged more than double for a brake system flush and replace and was made to wait 3 times as long as one takes to get my vehicle back. Upon leaving feedback I didn't receive any sort of response and felt underappreciated as a customer. Really too bad they're confirming to the stigma that dealerships really aren't the best place to service ones vehicle...

The only thing is that it appears the vehicle we purchased (used) did not have any service completed prior to us receiving it! No oil change, no washer fluid, tobacco and other sticky stuff around! Was not discussed we were paying $100 for gas (we traded in our car and it was near full in gas max costed $20 to fill!) and some damage on back casing, transmission appears to be slipping, and battery is stating not charged enough to do autostop and go, so slightly disappointed. The communication was not as clear with everything in the deal, yes up to us to sign, yes we had a child distracting us, but we spent well over 10hrs in total in purchasing this car and alot was just waiting and not alot on clear communication on deals!! Really hoping their service department may make up for this disappointmen😩🤞🏼

Hello Lyndee, service was completed prior to the sale as per the amvic inspection form which you signed and can use as a reference. The fuel charge is included on every pre-owned sale and was present on the bill of sale when you signed it. The stop start can disable for a few reasons, one of the most common is if you are using the AC on a hot day and the ventilation is overloaded or the distance traveled has not been sufficient enough for the alternator to charge the battery. Enjoy your new vehicle!

Kyle was really great to work with and very personable. We didn’t feel like he was trying to up sell us or be dishonest in any way. Overall a great experience with him that ended in us getting our dream truck!!
