I told Tim over the phone what I was looking for in a truck. He said he had just the truck. I told him I was interested but couldn't come and see it for a few days. He offered to bring it to me. When he showed up, I couldn't have done a better job of picking out a vehicle. Tim listened to exactly what I wanted and not a lot of extras I didn't want. It was perfect. With service like this, there was no need to do any comparisons. That sold me.

The purchase of my new 2014 Equinox,as well as the trade-in of my 2011 Equinox were handled most efficiently and courteously, and also with unfailing good humour in regards to my lack of technical skills with regards to the instrument panel, clock and radio settings.

I was trying to find a dealership I could trust and get a good vehicle from after reading the reviews and the one customer struggle with getting GM to fix a problem that's their faulty parts and product I think ill go somewhere else don't want to be buying a vehicle just to have to deal with this kind of service GOOD LUCK to the customers that are fighting with GM to get the vehicles fix properly

2012 Orlando Manufacturing Dents and locked steering wheel

I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Orlando in Feb of 2013. There were dents along the frame where the welds were, I have been told that the car is manufactured that way. I have since seen that other Orlando's do not have this quality. Also i was driving this Orlando and the Steering wheel locked. I have tried to bring this to GM's attention to no avail. I am now attempting to bring it to Roy Nichols attention. Since i bought this car brand new i had to replace the battery, cluster, radio, the car stopped working and they replaced something in the engine. The suction marks are still on the windhsield, when it rains water pools in the door frame, the steering wheel locked when driving, the trunk opens 10 percent of the time, and there are welding dents from manufacturing. HELP

My main objective was to purchase the Chevy Trax and to obtain a reasonable trade in value for my 2010 Chev cobalt. Alan was very patient with me and I was provided with the answers to any questions that I had.

My faith has been restored in Roy Nichols as i did not have a good experience a few years ago regarding a recall issue with my Impala.I found Gary to be very informative and professional,I was slightly disappointed in the trade in offer on my Torrent but regardless,plan on doing business with you in the future Lisa Raetsen
