Went for a diagnose and came oit with a cracked windshield. Coincidence or not, due to snow I noticed the crack few days after taking the car back from the dealership ( I rarely use the car for long trips, mainly to run errands around town) I went back and they basically told me, sorry not our problem. Well funny thing is that my odyssey was serviced before in Burlington for 8 years and nothing happened to it. Now after the first visit to Honda Brantford this happened. Surely i rather drive back to Burlington instead next time

Inviting and comfortable atmosphere. While my car was serviced I was shown new vehicles and provided free coffee. Internet available and a trusty real newspaper. Sales and service staff exceptional specially Scott Brad Todd and Maggie.

I have a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe. Drove in on Saturday to pick up a headlight bulb and a wiper blade both for the passenger side of my car. The guy at the parts desk told me they could install them for me at no charge for those two simpler type things. Anyhow it was much appreciated especially after I saw it was a bit more difficult to install the bulb. Really awesome though and the service was great. Thanks so much.
