Poor experience and treatment overall. Will shop elsewhere in the future. (Full disclosure - updated/edited review from a few years back, following purchase of vehicle with undisclosed accident on record and eventual return for replacement vehicle from another dealer)

The Service Advisors are great. Went above and beyond to help me out. Lights started flashing as i pulled into work, i called and they got me in that day, they drove me back to work, Took an hours drive to get the part, repaired the issue and delivered my car to me by end of work day. All between 12 noon and 5pm. The delivery of my car across town was the icing on the cake as i was trying to figure out how to get my car back as i worked until 7:30 by myself and would have no way of getting back as they closed at 5 and unfortunately all the loaner cars were out. Todd made it happen and i couldn't have been more happy

I have leased Honda Civics for almost 20 years, and rarely did I receive the sincere, efficient, and professionalism that I experienced at the Brantford Honda Dealership this time. Kelli Oshanek arranged all behind the scenes plans with ease and friendly efficiency. I felt like I was with close friends all the way. She answered every silly question with the skill of a teacher., and offered me a variety of cars to choose from. If she did not know the odd answer, she consulted management and finance sensibly. I was incredibly content with the total experience and ecstatic with my new silver 2018 Civic!!! All I needed was the confetti, and the cheering crowd, but I will settle for a fire Drill !!
