was greeted with much enthusium and a big smile. explained and answered all questions. told about all new features of vehicle. told of all my oprions and prices. made me relaxed and got coffee. showed car and modeland took me inside to show me everything. made paymwnt arrangements and gave a quick delivery date. got my car and went over everything and set it up. wunderba.

We priced out winter tires over the phone as well as scheduled an oil change. He was very friendly and efficient while he also knew his stuff very well. I have no problem dealing with any staff members at Buick GM

We first met Lori Nowensky when we inquired about purchasing 2015 GMC truck displayed in front of the store. Not only did Lori provide us with a full description of the truck she treated us with respect and made us feel comfortable. Lori presented herself in a professional manner as well personable and approachable. Lori encouraged us to ask as many questions we needed to make a sound decision. We both felt Lori went over and above before and after purchasing our truck. We left feeling confident we made a good decision with our purchase.
