We brought our veh in with a head light issue and ended up arguing with Service as they told us the issue was due to "blown bulbs". We then took our veh to our mechanic who advised us that the head light issue was a faulty relay switch which he replaced. Several weeks later we received a "recall notice" from GM advising us of a faulty relay switch which could affect the head lights. We went back to your dealership and provided a copy of the receipt from our mechanic to the Service Dept and we were told that GM would mail us a cheque. Several weeks later we contacted your dealership inquiring about the cheque and we were then advised that the cheque is issued by the dealership and that it will take a little bit more time. We were advised that someone would call us within the next 2 business days. Finally after waiting for that call ( 1 week later) we went to the dealership and were advised that a couple of days more were required before the cheque could be issued. I'm absolutely stumped, the cheque in question is for approx $130, what could possibly take so long in issuing that cheque? Believe me it's not about the money, it is the principle of this whole matter. We honestly feel like your people have been deceitful. This whole experience has completely turned us off of your dealership. Sad as we have 3 vehicles in our family with all 3 needing to be replaced.

My battery was giving me problems, the Service Manager was very professional, I was impressed with the dealership! As we are new to the area this was a good thing as we have had some very bad experiences in prior dealerships and really did not like going to them anymore, but now I would not think twice. Thank-you for caring!!

But GMC. THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT! The warranty work performed on the truck was truly outstanding. The service manager kept me informed and up to date and responded to all my needs.

Apon receiving a $108 bill in the mail over five months after I picked my truck up from having warranty work done on it. (which was never even fixed). I picked the truck up that day and was told by the service Rep that there was no charge and he gave me my keys and said have a nice day. Little did I know over 5 months later I would be charged for what I was told was warranty.

Luke and the team at Lindsay Buick GMC are punctual and attentive to detail. They are friendly and always remember me when I bring my truck in. Awesome overall experience at the dealership.
