Most people encountered at the dealership were polite and genuine. Even the principal came over us in the showroom for a short conversation. There appears to be a sense of family.

I was satisfied with the appointment . The four hour time frame was cut to three and a half hours which was beneficial . Staff drove me to a location of my choice and were courteous .

I was greeted in a friendly manner. Luke looked up any recalls on my vehicle as I did not purchase it brand new. Made sure I had a ride to work even though I had arranged for one myself. I was made aware of two filters in the vehicle that needed to be replaced that I had no idea existed. Picked up my vehicle and it was nice and clean. I was very happy with the service I received that day.

Jim is always friendly and positive about my concerns, arranging for me to have a courtesy car when necessary. I have been in several times to repair an annoying rattle in the rear hatchback area. He said that he and his crew will keep trying until the rattle is resolved. His parting words were, "If we haven't got it this time, call me and I will get it in immediately and we will keep trying until the rattle issue is solved."

I am always sceptical when I walk into any car dealers. I recently had a water pump replaced on my Enclave under warranty, it was done in 24 hrs, they picked me up from Bobcaygeon and when I got there Jim Forsyth greeted me and I walked out 2 minutes later and didn't cost me a dime. Best experience ever at a dealership. Thanks Jim.
