It was my first time with this dealership, South Trail Chrysler, the experience with this team is wonderful. My son in law made an appointment with SASHA YUGAY to test drive s Dodge Journey, Sasha made us feel very welcome. The whole process was way less stressful than other dealership. He was so helpful and informative about the car i am interested with and he made it possible for me to get the vehicle with the best deal. The kindness and consideration shown by everyone was exemplary. Generally it was a good service and i recommend these team esp Sasha if you guys are planning on getting your next car either a brand new one or a pre owned. 👍👍👍👍👍

Went to look at a jeep and spent 30 minutes waiting to test drive eventually guy came back said it was sold online. Waste of our time.

Having a horrible experience dealing with this dealership.Bought 2019 Ram 1500 and within 5 month tail light stop working..waited 1 month before getting the part and after they replace it, I just realised It still not working as cops already give me warning that my tail light is not working... Call the service and the very rude lady said can’t accommodate right away as we are booked At least give some courtesy that I have to drive 40km just to come to your dealership

Hello Rehman, I spoke with our service department to get an understanding of the issue. It would appear there is an issue beyond the light itself and will need to be diagnosed. Unfortunately we are booked tomorrow and it would be unfair to make someone else postpone an appointment they may have had for some time to get you in. You are more than welcome to visit any Ram service center to have warranty work done in order to have it completed as soon as possible. Hopefully there is a dealership closer to your home that may be able to accommodate you sooner.

The sale person was nice, but since when a potential car buyer has to put a 3000$ deposit just to have the pleasure of discussing numbers and maybe have a test drive? They make you sign pre-sale contracts telling you it is essential if you want a test drive. Finally, they offer you next to nothing for your car trade-in, and try to force you to use the 3000$ deposit. I’ve checked, it’s illegal
