Loving my car its fun, smooth and relaxing to drive, Jim Reid is the best salesman ever!

I tell everyone how insightful, and helpful Jim Reid was for me when I went in looking to get a new vehicle. I needed a reliable and safe car for both personal and work life. I have experienced so far everything he said I would. I truly respect the honesty that he displayed. The car handles well, the anti skid has proven itself, lots of compliments on how sharp and classy my car looks, and rides. Thanks Jim Reid and Roy Nichols Chevrolet for being there when I needed you!

Very friendly, professional people helping me every step of the way. Especially Tim Mcnabb... Informative, warm and driven( no pun intended) to get me into the car I wanted. Was treated like family. Would recommend Roy Nichols to all my friends and family.

Jim was very knowledgeable about the cars and didn’t rush the sale. Was happy to show us each of the cars we were looking at and test drive each one. Stayed late to ensure the paperwork was submitted on time to receive the ‘monthly deal’ and also asked a bunch of questions to ensure we got the lowest price (e.g. employee discount, new graduate, loyalty program, etc…)

My target for a vehicle was the Malibu LTZ turbo 2014, with my preferred color of red and black as a second choice. Alan met my choice with determination, and was hit by many an obstacle with the popularity of this vehicle, and other issues.A black model was found and delivered to R.N. but in cleaning, was found to have a serious water leak. With no easy fix in site, a risk to me the customer was not acceptable to RN and Alan, and he sourced out a similar vehicle in gray, and asked me if acceptable. This vehicle had navigation on it, and arrangements were made for me to be provided this option at no additional cost, to offset inconvenience I had encountered in my purchase. Vehicle was received and I was and am very happy with it. I did have an early issue with my new vehicle but this was corrected by RN service to may satisfaction. Alan did a very good job, providing me all the vehicle options available to me, and also all discounts/ loyalty bonuses.available at purchase.Al in all, made me feel like a valued customer start to finish. I appreciated the length of time Gary spent with us in explaining the pros and cons of leasing a vehicle versus buying. Once we made our decision to lease, he was very helpful in every aspect of the transaction, from choosing a vehicle to explaining the various details of the operation of the car. We would definitely deal with him in the future.

We were looking specifically for a Trax and didn't see any out front so we went inside the dealer. Matt Reid greeted us, asked what we were looking for and offered us coffee while he brought one around. He went with us on the test drive and answered any questions we had. Back at the dealer he gave us a price. At no time did he pressure us about anything. We said we would talk about it and get back to him. Matt was very courteous and friendly. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he found out for us. He made us feel comfortable and not nervous or intimidated. He went out of his way to make our experience of buying a new car very easy and pleasurable. I would refer him to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

I have been waiting over three months for a part I was told would be 3-4 weeks to come in. As I'm waiting I get to keep reading about the deaths that this recall has caused...could we get it together? When I called the dealership for the third time, no one seems to be able to explain to me why it's been three months. I'm glad our safety means so much to you after selling the vehicle.
