New Purchase of Jeep Cherokee

I can't say enough about how well I was treated at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. This will be my 3rd vehicle here and a speed on the 2nd vehicle they managed to regain my trust and loyalty here.

End of May me and my wife went to your dealership to get a 3500 built. After negotiating a price we signed on the dotted line and gave you 1000$ deposit. You guys gave us the typical salesman quote "sign your name here and we'll all be friends". We didn't go to make friends, we went to buy a truck. The week after you called to say the truck was ordered, great we thought! 4 weeks after that you call to say that you can't order the truck anymore because it's too late to build a 2017, why did you go ahead with the whole process when we leaned afterwards that the cut off date was April 29th? Anyways. So we go back for our deposit and suddenly you guys aren't so friendly people anymore. Insulting my wife telling (with attitude) her "we don't need your money cause we don't make only 1000$ at a time. We make way more on people". What does that have to do with anything, we're just wanting our deposit back because YOU canceled our order, not us. You then told us we would get it in the mail, because you can only take clients money on the spot, not give back. This was a few weeks ago already, now it's the 29th of August and you guys are still messing around and not sending our deposit. In the end we still ordered a 2018 3500 for a better price at our small town dodge dealer in Embrun. And it's been hassle free. I give you a -5 review. PS if we don't get our deposit back in the next few days we will pay you another visit in front of potential clients to tell them what kind of dealer you are. Have a good day

Oscar and his team were very helpful in helping me select the best vehicle for my needs and within the price range I was looking for. Service was professional, efficient, and courteous! I was impressed with the dealership (had never been to Dilawri), and would highly recommend!

Lack of after customer care/follow up

Was very happy at the onset of the purchase. Have had the vehicle for 2 weeks now and have some outstanding issues that have not been resolved. Have emailed a follow up email today, and have not yet heard a response. I was clear with my sales agent that we were not fans of Dilawri and he assured me that our needs would be met, all the way through.

I went for an oil change and I left with a car. Great service from Gerardo who promised me to lower my payments on my caravan and he did! Will certainly buy from Dilawri the next time around

Was attentive to our needs and found us the right vehicle we needed. At delivery time he took the time to show us every feature of the car even though we came late and he was busy. Management was very friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you.
