I could not be happier with my experience at Hunt Club Dilawri - staff is AMAZING!

I traded my car in for a brand new truck. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, listened to me and answered all of my questions. I have never had such a good experience with any car dealership. Claude Filion and the sales manager, Sofiane Zekaoui provided outstanding service. They took the details of my individual situation into consideration and at no time did I feel they were being aggressive in trying to make the sale. I will definitely be a return customer and would highly recommend Hunt Club Dilawri to anyone looking to buy a car. I am a very satisfied customer. Business manager, Isko Safic was also a pleasure to deal with in finalizing the sale.

Car is great, deal was not

I am not a negotiator, never have been. I put my faith in people that when they say they will give me something, I don't have to ask again. I was told there would be a $1000 credit for my vehicle, based on submitting my information online. I did not receive this credit. This was my third vehicle from Dilawri Dodge Chrysler, as such, I was told there would be a loyalty bonus, there was not. My trade was not valued well, but I expected that. I tend to not negotiate when making a purchase, and I understand that this is something that can cost me. What I do, is take my business elsewhere the next time I need to make a purchase. I am not the type to blast a company on social media, but if anyone asks, I will not recommend Dilawri.

I had gone to the dealership looking to buy a truck. Mr. Fakih was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and polite. Regardless if I end up buying the truck or not, I think every car buying experience should be like the one I had!

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Claude Filion took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I have not yet purchased a vehicle but will definetly go back and talk with Claude about purchasing a new vehicle in the near futur; I highly recommend him. It was worth the visit.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, the qualifying questions about what type of vehicle I was driving and what I was looking for were top notch. The sales person was attentive to me and only me, which was a pleasant change from the "other" dealership I had been to closer to home. Although I live in Stittsville, the drive down Hunt Club was worth it.

I love my new Jeep Compass

Excellent customer service, fully attentive, always asked if I wanted a coffee or water and took the time to answer all my questions regarding the new Jeep Compass. Although it didn't have all the options I wanted, Claude was able to summarize the benefits of the ones I had and they were able to lower my bi-weekly payments. Thanks to Sayde also.

Worth the trip from greater Sudbury

Before making the trip from greater Sudbury, I called a few dealerships in Ottawa, to find out if they had the specific truck I was looking for (Outdoorsman with a 6 cylinders engine). Dilawri Chrysler was the only one and I booked an appointment with Claude. When I arrived, the truck was ready for a test drive and within an hour, we had a deal. Can't wait to return next week to pick it up.
