I was on my way back to Windsor from St. Jacobs which is north of Kitchener .As we left the area my 2016 Jeep Cherokee started miss firing and the engine light came on.I had my wife and two friends with us and was at a loss to know what I should do.My friend went online and got some information on what to do under these conditions which was to pull over and call a tow truck .I didn’t want to do that being so far from home. We called the nearest Chrysler dealership which was in Woodstock and asked for advice. She said if the engine light is not flashing steady, try an make it here and we will diagnose the problem. They found a faulty coil on #4 cylinder and worked to replace it right away. I was overwhelmed by the courtesy they paid us by fixing the problem so we could continue our journey home. I thank God for people such as these and pray that He continue to bless their business.Thanks again Woodstock Chrysler!

Amanda took excellent care of me for the purchase of my Grand Cherokee, Jamie was a gem for financing and Cie takes great care of me in service for oil changes, winter tires etc!

I was quoted a price for a break job on my caravan and was told the parts would be a few weeks. They assured me the price would be the same as the quoted price. I had the breaks installed this morning with the price reconfirmed. When I picked the van up it was $80 dollars higher than they said. Because they never printed me out a quote I had no grounds to stand on. Since the new ownership the dealership has continued to become worse with each visit. I will not be returning ever. I you choose to do work there, make sure you have a quote in writing. I was also told that it was going to be $200 more than the quoted price, but they were able to save some time. Lol what a joke

I had an excellent experience at this location. My service was handled by Steve and truck was worked on by Sam. I loved the video Sam did of my inspection, which left me feeling more confident in the service. Steve was also very welcoming and helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We recently purchased our first Dodge vehicle from Woodstock Chrysler. We dealt with Amanda and Jamie and had nothing but a positive experience. Amanda showed us the Dodge Caravan and we were able to negotiate a fair price with the deals that were already available. She was very knowledgeable and in no way did we ever feel pressured to purchased. Jamie was efficient in getting all the paperwork ready for financing. Both were great in communicating with us through the process and knowledgable in both their fields. They kept us updated with anything we needed to know or bring to the dealership and this was by far the easiest car purchase we have made to date. Thanks!
