I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH MY PURCHASE. From start to finish the sales and finance team at Woodstock Chrysler were amazing. I was specifically looking for a gecko-green Jeep Wrangler, and the closest one was three hours away. I contacted Amanda over the phone, and she was amazing at communicating every detail and answering every question I had about the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was just as I expected, with no hidden damage, etc. Amanda made myself and my wife feel like we were family, there was no scam dealership vibe whatsoever. I’ve purchased quite a few vehicles and this was by far the best transaction/smooth as it can get. The team is very patient no judgement on younger buyers, like many other dealers I’ve been to. Once the deal was ready I was handed over to Jamie the finance manager. Jamie treated me and my wife with respect, and all questions asked were answered with no run-around or avoidance of the question. No crazy sales pitch, all business. Jamie hooked me up with a great warranty package which I could not say no to. No haggling, no hidden fees everything was right there on the bill of sale. Fuel charges and Omvic licence fees always need to be paid to avoid that. My overall experience at this dealership was everything I could have asked for. My wife is looking for a jeep and the team at Woodstock Chrysler will be where we buy her car when they come across the right spec. I purchased this vehicle 2 months ago its a late review. My advice is to give these guys a chance as they treat you with respect and like family. Most dealers are vultures looking for a target. Woodstock Chrysler has your best interest in mind and is not afraid to let you know what you can and can't afford they aren't out here to try and rip you off.

Excellent customer service! Stefan responded promptly and took the time to assist us without making us feel rushed! They were considerate about our family’s needs. Fais did a fantastic job helping us with financing options. He exceeded our expectations! We are so grateful to both of them! Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and friendly. We initially came in to see one vehicle, and it turned out they had exactly what we were looking for. We live an hour away and the drive to this dealership was worth it.

My van has been giving me absolute grief as of late, I'm very grateful that the crew in the service department have been completely understanding and have gone above and beyond to help me with the issues that are occurring with my vehicle. They are very polite and accommodating even when they are a bit busy. They are extremely professional and friendly as well. They also offer a shuttle service to my apartment after I drop off the vehicle, and from my apartment back to the dealership when it's ready to pick up, which is much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Woodstock chrysler. The staff was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Our salesman Yannis was so pleasant and friendly. Fais went above and beyond in the finance department and the manager Oz was was a pleasure to deal with. They made you feel comfortable when dealing with them. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

I drove my new vehicle off the lot this past Wednesday and I couldn’t be happier. From first point of contact with Yannis and a good test drive. I also had helpful conversations in what I’m really wanting and reviewing the vehicle I had my eye on and alternative vehicles and financing, etc. with Oz and Rich. As a local it was good to see the value they put in wanting to offer great service to local clientele. My experiences overall rating goes well up once I got the chance to sit down with Jamie to finalize all the paperwork. He did a great job with clarity of everything, really let the ball be in my court for decisions but laid out all my options. Communication and a respect for time was a highlight. His excitement for me getting my new vehicle was appreciated and added to my excitement. Thanks again to Yannis, Oz, Rich and Jamie for a well rounded experience at the dealership.

I was recently contacted by Tyrone Bond from Woodstock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in response to an advertisement I had posted to sell my car in the Auto Trader. I was not an easy customer to deal with, however Tyrone was as polite, professional and fair throughout the entire process which he made seamless.
