BUYER BEWARE!!! They are only nice till you sign the papers to buy the car!!! I bought a car from them and had a few concerns after the sale. They never followed up and basically brushed me off. One of them even told me, 'If you don’t like it, don’t come here again' — after I spent over $30000 with them on car. Super unprofessional. Will be taking my business somewhere!!

I had a terrible experience at Woodstock Chrysler. The customer service was shockingly bad. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was bothering the staff. They were uninterested in helping me find the right vehicle and seemed annoyed by my questions. When I tried to discuss financing options, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they were trying to rush me into a deal without addressing my concerns. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.
