First visit, not impressed. I drove up to the drive thru service area. Blew my horn several times to get the door opened as posted. No response. I had to get out of the car and go into the parts/service area to inquire about their body shop. They have none and the sales clerk at the desk didn’t know where the closest Chrysler body shop was. “Maybe London or Kitchener”. Won’t be using this dealership in the future.

Had an absolutely wonderful time here. My sales rep is Rich, and he is a delight to work with. I traded in two vehicles to buy a Grand Cherokee L. No complications, no fuss. Rich spent a lot of time helping me understand the vehicle and it's features on the test drive. Jamie spent good time and worked with me to find the best extended warranty option for my 2021 GCL. Used car manager Cam is friendly, and is very reasonable. We are very happy with the deal. Overall a very pleasant experience, great communication, and very fair pricing. This dealer checked all the boxes for me. 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's the perfect place to go to if you're looking for a truck. It's literally a Ram Superstore. On top of that the parking lot is full of vehicles, tons of selection. Before I decided to come here I did my homework and compared all nearby dealerships. This place tops them all with great selection and pricing. Drop in and see for yourself. The whole staff are super friendly and professional.

After being a long time customer I will never return! New owners Cam and Tony are horrible! Strongly advise not to buy from here!! Best sales staff were fired and last time in the shop you can hear some little tattooed guy walking around swearing at other staff and throwing tools. Such a toxic environment! STAY AWAY!!!
