What an amazing service & parts team. We were travelling to Windsor along the 401 when the right front tire studs on our jeep started having issues. We brought our jeep into this dealership and were greeted by Rob from the service & parts team, who was immediately available to assist us with our tire issue and was overall extremely helpful. The service & parts team fixed it up for us to quickly get back on our way to Windsor. Alec on the service & parts team was particularly kind and patient, answering all of our questions and concerns. Would 100% recommend this team. Thank you for the excellent service!

My Daughter had an issue with a broken wheel stud. As her Dad I was in a panic to help but I’m several hours away. I spoke to the Service Manager and he had several solutions in mind. They were able to get my Daughter’s vehicle in right away and it was fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend taking a vehicle here to be worked on. Very impressed with the quality of care and service.

Extremely disappointing. I bought a used Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership, knowing that it had some minor issues including a check engine light, but with the understanding that everything would be resolved when I picked it up. It was not. Arranging to get the issues fixed thereafter was a nightmare that took months. When they finally fixed it, the light came back on before I made it out of Woodstock. Took it to a different mechanic and had the issue fixed for $200. Woodstock Chrysler offered to pay the bill if I took my original negative review down, which I did. Still never received the money. Clearly if a business has a high star rating, it could be just as easily bought as earned.

Got my first van from here. Dealt with Stefan and Jamie for financing. Both were great to deal with, clearly explained everything and helped me secure competitive financing rate. Stefan was quick to respond and look into all my questions I had. Jamie was great at explaining the warranty options and giving me time to think them through. 100% recommend working with these two for a car purchase.
