Woodstock Chrysler has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The sales team was pushy and unhelpful, giving me wrong information about pricing and features. The finance department was even worse—full of hidden fees and pressure tactics. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Rude staff and horrible customer service

We bought a new car! And Stefan is the absolute best! He listened to what we wanted, and found us the perfect vehicle at the best price! More than that, my 11 year old really bonded with him. We felt like he was taking care of all of us! If you go to Woodstock Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Stefan will take care of you! He’s the best! 🤩 thank you, Stefan! I love my new wheels! Also wanted to shout out to Jamie who took the time to explain everything so we’d understand it all and helped finalize everything! Awesome guy with an excellent sense of humour! 🤩 Truly, a great place to buy a vehicle! 💖 Thanks everyone! 😁😁😁

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. Our sales manager, Oz, was especially great. He was knowledgeable about the trucks, patiently answered all our questions, and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle that fit our needs and budget. The whole process was smooth and transparent, and I felt like I got a really fair deal. I highly recommend this dealership, and definitely seek out Oz if you’re looking for a new vehicle!
