I have to say, this was one of the best car buying experience we had. Stefan was very helpful with the cars & was very patient with our questions. Hands down to Fais. He had helped us with our previous car & he made it happen this time again. He made sure we get approval on the cars we have our heart set on & he worked relentlessly to make it happen. Also got an opportunity to interact with Cam the owner of the dealership, who was very welcoming. All in all from looking for the cars to getting the keys - the whole process was made so smooth without any hassle. Thank you for your help.

I purchased my 2019 pacifica brand new from woodstock chrysler. I contacted them about paint warranty, from the factory, 5 years, 160,000 kms free of paint defects. Originally I was met with open arms and an assurance that it would get fixed. 2 months later after not hearing anything I contacted them to see about progress on my claim. I got told they don't deal with paint anymore and to contact another dealership. They didn't offer to help or book anything. Ended up going to Brantford Chrysler and it was fixed in a week. STAY AWAY from Woodstock Chrysler if you want good customer service

After dealing with multiple dealerships and searching across the province for something that matched my recent total loss, I landed on an online listing at Woodstock Chrysler. I can’t say enough about the experience that followed. From the first phone call with Phil to finalizing the details with Fais, the entire experience was seamless and positive, despite it being hours from home. They were responsive and respectful throughout the transaction. Phil took the time to understand my situation and Fais was equally impressive, guiding me through the paperwork and answering all my questions on warranty and financing with patience and professionalism. He was able to present options that made the most sense to my individual situation and never made me feel preasured into one option or another. The information was presented for consideration and all decisions were respected. Fais ensured that I was set up in a better situation leaving, then when I arrived. The owner Cam also made a point of meeting us and took special care to make sure our vehicle was expertly and fully prepped for the promised pickup date. Recently bought a used, as-is off brand car from Woodstock Chrysler. The sales rep and manager were pleasant to communicate with and make to make the final deal with fair negotiation. This being an AS-IS sale, is understandably all up to the buyer to do due diligence prior to making an offer, which I did and the agreed price was factored in. Initially they were having an issue getting a temporary permit which I found was odd, they quickly corrected course somehow to make the deal not fall apart. On pickup day, they had everything ready to go for me. From when I arrived to when I left was maybe 20 minutes. After a few signatures and payment, I was off with all necessary paperwork and temporary permit. The reason for a 4-star review is simply I, like most would, expect the car to be delivered clean even though the car is sold as-is. One would think that means mechanically speaking and it is, not completely literally though. A quick clean and wash isn’t much to expect whether you’re spending $3,000 or $30,000. Outside the above complaint, I’m quite happy with the purchase, the process, and all interactions I had the dealer and staff. Safety is done and fully registered at a great price!

Outstanding Dealership I live 500 kms away so most of my deal was constructed via email,text. My agent was Amanda who has fantastic communicative skills and job knowledge with instant response to all my questions. Even the Dealership Owner (Cam) took the time to personally reassure me All aspects for this deal was right for Me. Now fully convinced I was doing the right thing I drove the 500 kms to get my new truck and real happy I did . By golly I do believe that when I decide to get another new vehicle THIS Dealership will be the 1st place I go. Thanks Guys 👍
