Cal made the trade in seamless and Jamie followed up and completed the process . Small town dealerships have a feel that is personal . It was a pleasure and we got the vehicle we wanted . I spoke with the new owner today and he was amazing he gave me more money than I asked for on my trade in and even worked with me on the price of the new car as I’m on a fixed income, thank you so much for all the help it was a refreshing experience vs other dealers I went to. New owners have zero integrity, put a deposit on a truck after coming to a deal just to have the truck sold out from underneath me. Confronted one of the new owners about it and he said that a security does not matter and they do not have to hold a vehicle for anyone.

We dealt with Ron while we were shopping for a mini van. He was fantastic! He was great at answering ALL of our questions and gave us all the details we needed. We ended up not buying from Woodstock Chrysler, but I would 100% recommend dealing with Ron if you’re looking for a car.

I don't write many reviews, but I had a great experience working with Rich Wyatt and I was glad to find myself at Woodstock CDJR Ltd! I am a strong independent woman who is car shopping without my husband. Sadly, even in this day and age, that has lead to some condescension, disrespect, and underestimation...and therefore, lost sales for some 'less than' salesmen. Rich is attentive, respectful, and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I found a vehicle with the options/colour I wanted, rather than making a quick sale by pushing what he had on the lot. I took a night to sleep on it after my test drive and Rich texted the window sticker and the following words: "...hope this helps, let me know what else I can do to help earn your business!" He truly made me feel like a valued customer and I could tell that he was genuinely happy when I found a vehicle I loved! He is super friendly, and I highly recommend Rich for your next purchase!

My parents picked up their new Warlock a few weeks ago. It is their first truck and they love it. They had physically been into other dealerships but couldn’t make a deal. Ron helped close a deal for them and set things up so they could just make one trip and drive new truck home.

A shout out to all the staff front and back of house for the amazing service!!! I would like to specifically recognize Jamie, the finance manager! It has been a pleasure working with him for the past three years while I had my Jeep!! I hope to return as a customer again in the future!!! Keep up the great work Team!!!!! Terrible service to be honest in warranty department. Was told not capable of body work at this location. Requested a location and contact information where they do perform body work and was told to google it. Called Galt Chrysler where I purchased the vehicle and the service was outstanding what you would expect when you pay that kind of money for a vehicle. People should appreciate their customers, its what keeps them employed.
