A shout out to all the staff front and back of house for the amazing service!!! I would like to specifically recognize Jamie, the finance manager! It has been a pleasure working with him for the past three years while I had my Jeep!! I hope to return as a customer again in the future!!! Keep up the great work Team!!!!! I will spread the word to all my friends and family that are in the market for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram vehicle to visit the Woodstock dealership!!

Terrible service to be honest in warranty department. Was told not capable of body work at this location. Requested a location and contact information where they do perform body work and was told to google it. Called Galt Chrysler where I purchased the vehicle and the service was outstanding what you would expect when you pay that kind of money for a vehicle. People should appreciate their customers, its what keeps them employed.

Went there looking for a truck. No sales person available so a gentleman came to help. I asked a question and his response was," that's what our website is for". Had no interest in selling at any point during the entire conversation. Disappointing experience.

Have leased a vehicle for a few years from them. Still leasing from them now. Switch leased vehicles a couple years ago and now require a different bigger leased vehicle for my family needs and they ignore my emails and calls. Terrible customer service.
