Very bad service, they treat the customers as if they don’t want to sell there cars!

Hi Mr. Mouse. I apologize that you may have had a less-than-ideal experience with our sales department. If I recall correctly, we did everything we could to facilitate a sale for you, but we couldn't reach the unrealistic trade-in value you required in order to put the deal together. Hopefully, you were able to get what you wanted for the trade-in elsewhere. I'm sorry we couldn't help you.

Should have walked away when at buying time of new 2500 RAM diesel Truck, items where "forgotten" that we had agreed on at time of purchase .Foolish me thought i would get good service for $ 90'000.- I bought 4 years ago. Truck has been at shop for a total of over 2 month. one item has been replaced 10 times. hard to have any confidence in anyone working there. received several times conflicting info. everyone hides behind the next person in charge. my troubles never did get resolved. i am exploring the legal options now

Ordered a wheel cap in beginning of July came in beginning of August but no one called so I called in Oct and they said it came in went to get it it was the wrong one.
