Outstanding Dealership I live 500 kms away so most of my deal was constructed via email,text. My agent was Amanda who has fantastic communicative skills and job knowledge with instant response to all my questions. Even the Dealership Owner (Cam) took the time to personally reassure me All aspects for this deal was right for Me. Now fully convinced I was doing the right thing I drove the 500 kms to get my new truck and real happy I did . By golly I do believe that when I decide to get another new vehicle THIS Dealership will be the 1st place I go. Thanks Guys 👍

Just bought a used car from here. Great customer experience. Rich, Cam, and Jamie were easy to deal with and very friendly. Didn't feel like I was being ripped off at all and gave a much better experience than you would normally expect buying a used car. No bs, no hidden fees. All round good experience, would recommend.

I just picked up my car today from this dealership and I had a 10/10 experience im so happy with the service I received and the car. Cam and Rich went above and beyond to make sure I had no issues picking up the car from a far distance ! I made the trip 8 hours away to pick it up and they made the process so easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for a smooth easy purchase! Rich did an amazing job being 100% honest and helping me through the hard process of choosing the best car! Thanks again!!

I have been a long term Chrysler/Jeep owner and have been dealing with Woodstock Chrysler without satisfaction since June 4, 2024 over a warranty issue. Dealing with this location has been an incredible disappointment. I have been brazenly lied to, misdirected and ignored by both Jake and Alex (Manager of the Service Department). When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, rest assured, it will NOT be through your company. I grew up in an era where customer service was of the utmost importance. It was the only thing that made you different than any other supplier or service. It was the reason customers returned to you. They felt heard, respected and valued. Not the case with Woodstock Chrysler. NOT the case with Woodstock Chrysler.
