I don't live in the area so when I had an accident and my fender was about to fall off, the service lady Cee was very helpful. She came out with zip ties to help keep it in place so I could make it home safely and repair at my local dealership. Thank you Cee for your time and help!

Took my 2006 charger Daytona in to get both rear axles replaced. Was quoted that it would take 5 days. They left us without answers for a month, when we called them the only answer they gave was “we’ll see if it can get done in the next couple days” the only actual answers we got was when my dad went into the service bay himself and had the mechanic explain that he knew nothing about the car and didn’t know how to put the axle in. The car sat on a lift for 3 weeks with the drivers side rear end torn apart it came to the point that I wanted to take the car out for senior beach day for my school with my friends. It was a big deal for me (Hence why I booked it in A MONTH IN ADVANCE) because i told my friends how much work I put in to get the car and I was finally able to show them. The dealer promised us my car would be done by that day only for them to tell us the night before that it would not be done. It’s over a month later and I’m still incredibly angry and humiliated that this careless dealer took away my opportunity to finally show my friends this car But it still gets worse I finally get the car back only to start having grinding/clunking in my rear end 4 days later. I decide to take it to Yarek in Paris because I didn’t want to deal with the careless ignorant service manager and clueless mechanics again. In 2 hours the mechanics at Yarek were able to tell me that the team at Woodstock (this dealer) had appeared to beat my drivers side rear axle into my differential with a hammer, they seemed to have beaten some of my suspension components with a hammer and also had damaged the axle boot causing grease to leak out all over the underside of my car. The pictures i attached are what the mechanics at yarek took for me (I’ll also mention they let me have a look at it under the lift so I could see everything myself which is something Woodstock would not let me do.) still also very angry about this, I take very good care of this car and it’s sad to see a car numbered to 200 with only 120000km on it get treated this way which is completely out of my control. that being said no dealer should treat any car this way. I take the car back to Woodstock that day and explain what I’ve been told. The lady at the desk goes to the service manager and says “it’s the guy with the Daytona” then the service manager comes out and immediately starts asking when I can have it back in to get it replaced. I can almost guarantee they knew about what they did before the car left. Absolutely disgusting service and I advise anyone who’s thinking about taking their car here to go to yareks instead. Credit where it’s due; they replaced the beaten axle at no cost and the car works fine now.

We just purchased a Grand Cherokee Summit from Woodstock Chrysler We were amazed by the exceptional treatment we got in Woodstock Chrysler the customer service provided by Amanda Lichti salesperson and Jamie Tieche Finance Manager was second to none! They made the process so straightforward and easy-going. We will definitely be coming back in the future, and I recommend them to all my friends and family. For quite some time we were looking to buy a vehicle that is a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. We visited a couple of dealerships but were not impressed. Fortunately, for us, we ran into Woodstock Chrysler while trying to find our favorite color i.e., Hydro Blue Pearl. The experience we had was fabulous. Right from the day one Mr. Jamie Tieche Finance Manager took great pains to explain every minute detail connected to purchase of the vehicle. In fact, Jamie went extra mile to figure out the FCA Canada Advantage Plan benefit. The treatment we got at Woodstock Chrysler is delightful and highly satisfying. We are proud to own our Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in our favorite Hydro Blue Pearl Color. We had a great experience with Woodstock Chrysler. The service was quick, and the billing was transparent.
