Jaime and Amanda have helped me through two Jeep purchases and have been nothing but patient and supportive throughout the process. After visiting some Jeep dealerships locally, I felt very overwhelmed by the pushiness of car buying. Amanda and Jaime were quick to answer any questions I had and never pushed me into making decisions. Woodstock Chrysler outshined my experience at any other dealership and were easily worth the two hour drive! Thanks for all your help! I couldn’t be happier

I bought a used vehicle and the sales team was 5 stars I came in for an issue with the rear defrost and they were 5 star I went to them regarding an issue with paint blistering. The person I spoke with seemed knowledgeable polite and helpful. Photos were taken and i expected a response within a few weeks. 3 PLUS months have passed leaving multiple messages and still no response. The 2 stars would be for the polite and professional conversation when i brought the vehicle in for the photos of the paint blistering. Not sure what to rate 3+ months of silence. Hopefully this review will not be ignored.
