Spencer was a friendly, non pushy, knowledgeable sales person with a good sense of humour. He carefully took us around each vehicle and pointed out the highlights for each one, answered all our questions and was not critical of competitors’ vehicles when asked about differences. After our visit he was prompt, professional in all communications. He is definitely the type of salesperson we prefer -knowledgeable, honest, fact driven and not aggressive in his approach. I changed the battery in my fob and the car started sounding the alarm and it wouldn't lock. I called and Srujal Soui told me to bring the car up. When I got there (very stressed) he came out to the car and calmly listened to me rant. We tried to get the car to do it again - which it wouldn't 😖 He then related a story about his own car and phantom behaviour and said he took a video on his phone. He was so kind and patient. I really appreciate the time he took and that he LISTENED to me! Thank you so much. Btw it hasn't done it again...yet 🤞

Spencers Sudds led me through the experience of selecting my new lease -- a 2024 CR-V EXL Hybrid. Spencer was very helpful in explaining features of the vehicle and various leasing implications with regard to timing and financial considerations. On a test drive, he helped me to understand how this car differed from my previous one. I never felt pressured and the whole process was more than satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spencer to others who are looking to purchase or lease at West City Honda.
