I had a wonderful experience at West City Honda in Belleville !! Spencer the sales associate who sold me the car did an excellent job and was super friendly and knowledgeable! Everyone was very friendly and I would recommend this dealership for sure !

Awesome place. Friendly staff, no push sales but made me want to buy my new car here. Spencer was very good at explaining me the features of the car, he is very charismatic and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my Honda CRV HYBRID.

I was looking for a specific Honda SUV and was going to deal with a dealership in Toronto. I'm so glad they didn't get back to me because I ended up meeting Shane Lee at West City Honda. They had exactly what I wanted in stock and Shane is by far the best car salesman I've ever met. He took me out for a test drive but it was really more like an interactive show. I've had a lot of cars in my life but I have honestly never been shown a car the way that Shane did. It was smart, well thought out and thoughtful. I ended up buying the car and West City Honda was incredible rushing to get it ready for the day I needed. Overall the entire experience was perfect. I would definitely recomment Shane and West CIty Honda to everyone. I will be back myself.

I have only been dealing with parts but I have nothing but good to say about them. Very helpful even for a small part as little as a couple bolts spent time to find it and help make sure they were the right ones. Now did they make a lot of money on that no but still helped. Anyway not the first time I have been here 100% not the last I will be back to deal with them for any Honda business or parts thanks for a great service not often I can say this anymore good to see. I recently purchased a 2024 Honda HRV Sport B! My overall experience at West City Honda was nothing but amazing! All the support that I received was nothing but encouraging and positive! I purchased my car through Spencer who was a delight to work with. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about different aspects/features of the HRV. I had the pleasure of dealing with Spencer @ west city Honda in Belleville. I can’t rave enough about the amazing service and seamless process. We were treated with a high level of professionalism from a real person who cares! No pushy or tacky sales pitches. Just confidence and transparency in the product we came to see. I love that Honda has the vehicle service history and ability to tell you everything you want to know. We asked some hard questions, Spencer answered what he could and got us the answers he didn’t within minutes. Spencer was able to accommodate a quick turnaround time and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We came Friday and drove off the car lot Wednesday, with our freshly detailed 2022 Honda CRV. Thank you WCH and Spencer for your help in making our new car a reality !
