See picture. Went in for an oil change. Whoever parked my car backed into a sign and didn’t even notice. I have a rear view camera and sensors that let you know when you’re getting close to something. On the positive side. They refunding my oil change but it doesn’t make me feel too confident to take my vehicle there again. Also, the oil change appointment lasted over an hour. Not very impressed with the service.

We have just purchased a 2024 Honda CRV. As always we are impressed with the Belleville Honda dealership; the staff, and the service dept. I can only describe my experience as excellent. The sales team were efficient and took time to understand what my driving needs are. The whole experience from the decision to purchase from Jessica to the financing with Stephanie and finally the vehicle demonstration upon delivery with Joel was seamless. It was a enjoyable experience and I feel very confident that I made a wise decision choosing West City Honda. I want to also mention Shane because he informative and helpful with the sale before he asked his colleague to take over because he was promoted to sales manger! 😊
