Shane Lee and the rest of the West City Honda team were a please to work with and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Shane Lee is the best! He goes above and beyond. Just bought a 2023 Passport and we were blown away by the customer service. Our salesman Shane was over the top. Super knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer every question we had. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was great, we never felt pressured, we always felt like our business was valued and we also felt like we were treated extremely respectfully. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership.

So I'm shopping for a new van, wife and I decided on Honda Odyssey. I go in to west city and I'm right away introduced to Pat Haggerty. Right off I'm happy I wasn't waiting they gave me attention and answered questions. Pat was very friendly, not pushy and didn't pressure in any way. Which for me is a big deal. He kindly showed me what I wanted to see. Showed me how everything works and the shop where they service the vehicle. I truly had a great experience, I didn't end up buying, and only reason is my budget. And the van was over it. But that being said once I'm ready to afford a newer van I'm definitely coming back to west city honda. I can easily recommend dealing with Pat, and im sure the other Reps there are just as good.

I had a HONDA snowblower that I purchased 14 years ago. I took it in for repair and ended up purchasing a NEW HSS724A snowblower. My older machine was repaired by West City Honda and I gave it to my son. I loved the new store setup at this place and the kindness of all the staff I interacted with. I was given a demo of my new snowblower and paid a reasonable price for all the repairs done on my older snowblower. I would definitely recommend this place and will be driving back up from Kingston every time I want quality equipment and service.
