We are extremely happy with our new Honda CRV. We were currently driving a CRV on a lease from West City Honda. We still had another year on a lease, but received a call from Shane Lee about the opportunity of turning in our vehicle early and being able to get a new CRV for basically the same monthly payment. Went in and takes with Shane who reviewed the rebated that Honda was offering. Couldn’t believe my payment were going to basically the same. Shane and the full staff were great to deal with and are very happy with the whole dealership. Thank Shane.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of buying a Honda from West City Honda. There was no pressure to buy. Our salesman Param was polite, informative and had a great sense of humor. Param was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we selected and ensured we were familiar with all the car's safety features before we drove off the lot. The business manager Stephanie was also very thorough helpful through the purchase process and matching the warranty to our driving habits. We will be following through for all our service needs at West City Honda.

My son took his Honda Civic for warranty work on his AC for the second time in less than a year. When my son went to pick the car up on Saturday morning which they left the key under the mat the engine lights came on saying something was wrong so he called me I said do not drive the vehicle which he did not. He went into the sales department, left the key there and asked them to have a look at it, when they called me at 3:38 pm told me that they did not work in that area of the vehicle and I said well there was no lights or nothing. The car was normal before it went in. They suggested We do a diagnostic. . Calls me back that was at 3:38 PM tells me it was a coolant sensor it was $33 and something cents I said OK it’s not that bad at 5:01 they called the vehicle is ready we picked up the vehicle today I go see the invoice it was gonna be $557 for a $33 part if you look at the timetable from when I got the phone call to do the diagnostic, it was an hour and 20 minutes they got over three hours and 20 minutes labour including the diagnostic. I spoke to the manager. He was nice enough to say I won’t charge you for the diagnostic this time but he will not do that again and I said for $33 part which took less than five minutes to put in and your charging still $280 labour well my technicians have to get paid my reply was I understand that I’m not saying I want it done for free but I’m sure you do not pay your technicians , no three $400 an hour total rip off I will not be back to West city Honda again

Hello David and Spencer, Thank you for sharing your story. I would encourage you to remove your private and personal information from the work order picture you posted. In response to your issue, we have already had a discussion with you and explained our position, pricing and results of the issues you were experiencing with the Civic and the cause of the engine light which was not related to the warranty work. Unfortunately, the timing of the check engine light coming on immediately after the work was performed does raise some questions but we have not charged you for the diagnosis to identify the broken wire. There are some gaps in your story. We would love the opportunity again to review with you our position and hopefully can make you feel more comfortable with the end result. Just to be clear. The keys were NOT left under the mat. The keys were locked securely inside the dealership and was retrieved when Spencer came to pick up the vehicle Saturday Morning. If you would like to discuss, please reach out to our Service Manager Bill Dudgeon. We would love the opportunity to set the record strait in regards to your vehicle repairs.
