Recently purchased a used CRV from West City Honda. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shane & Stephanie were both professional, making the purchase process quick & easy. I recently found myself in need of a new vehicle and decided on a Honda. I called other Honda dealers without much luck in finding the vehicle I wanted until I called West City Honda. I had the pleasure of speaking with Pat in the sales department. I must say that Pat exceeded my expectations in getting me the exact vehicle I wanted. Stephanie, the Financial Services Manager, was wonderful at explaining all payment and warranty options. The customer service is impeccable with West City Honda all of the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was 100% positive which it was.
