From the moment I stepped foot into West City Honda's show room I felt welcome. Folks seem to be friendly in non-aggressive way and sales representative, Pat Hegarty, was very knowledgable and able to help a newbie to the hybrid world, understand the different options out there. While there were a number of things we liked about the performance of the car, we eventually decided on taking a different route based on personal style bias. If down the road, style changes, I wouldn't hesitate putting this car lot location back on the check it out list.

We had a wonderful experience with West City Honda when shopping for a new van for our family. We worked specifically with Pat. He was knowledgable, professional, easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of our questions. We appreciated his honesty. Once we purchased our new 2024 Honda Odyssey, he gave us frequent updates regarding the status of our vehicle and when it would be ready for pick-up. The whole team was amazing. The guy ("Param") tried to charge me $200 for brake service that they didn't do. Removed it after I pointed it out. What I did ask for is to change my rusted wheel nuts. They replaced just ONE of them, charging me $8. When I asked what happened, they said they didn't have any more nuts, but could get them for $160. I went and bought much nicer wheel-locked nuts PLUS a torque wrench at Canadian Tire for $144 total. What exactly are you charging me $160 for parts your company produces by the millions and had to unscrew anyway to do the rest of my service? This experience really made me realize Honda lost its way and this Civic is the last Honda I'll ever own. They don't care about you, once you drive off the lot.

Hello Peter, Thank you for bringing the brake service charge to our attention while you were here in store and allowing us the opportunity to correct the paperwork. Our deepest apologies for the confusion with the final bill. The wheel nuts on your specific Honda are priced by Honda Canada and retail at the dealership for $8.17 each. Of course there are non Original Equipment wheel nuts available elsewhere at more affordable pricing. These however are not exactly the same as the Original Equipment. The charge for $8 was for the part only and there was no charge for the labor to install. We unfortunately only had the 1 wheel nut available in our parts inventory at the time of your appointment. We could have done a better job at communicating to you the overall costs for the parts while the vehicle was in our care. We will aim to do better in the future. We would love the opportunity to regain your trust and would appreciate if you reached out to Bill Dudgeon our Service Manager to see if we can make things right.
