We travelled from the Kingston area to look at trucks at West City Honda. We were privileged to work with an amazing sales person named Shane... knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure. When we made the decision to buy a pre-owned vehicle, we met Stephanie, the Business Manager, who was amazing in her role as well... easily explaining the options and taking time, like Shane, to answer every question we had. In fact, every staff member we met was professional, helpful and outstanding at their job. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this dealership to our friends and family. It was a pleasure.

Just purchased a brand new 2024 Honda Civic from this dealership and I was very pleased with the service provided. Shane Lee made the process very easy and took most of the weight off our shoulders. West City Honda will now be our go-to dealership for all our Honda needs!

We scheduled our Acura for its recommended service and got an appointment scheduled for a few days later. The reception in service and subsequent exit process was seamless. Back out within an hour. The waiting room is comfortable with wifi, TV and beverages. They also provided a detailed tire wear analysis and alignment assessment with some new equipment. A good experience overall.

My partner and I recently started the search for our first vehicle, trying to decide between makes, models, new/used, and there's a lot of info out there! I'm glad we were able to connect with Pat at West City Honda, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, very straight up with us through the whole process. I was nervous about being rushed into such a big decision but Pat didn't make us feel pressured at all, and I know I'll take his wisdom and knowledge with me into any car purchase in the future.
