Service was good but had to deal with multiple people. Every person I dealt with were professional, polite and courteous. Would buy another vehicle in the future from this dealership.

Over the many years I have purchased new CRVs from West City Honda. I am always highly satisfied with my purchasing experiences, so much that this is my 3rd CRV! Ted, my sales representative is always pleasant and helpful. He takes the time to listen to address my concerns promptly. I appreciated the follow up call I week after the pick up date. Greg, the dealership owner made time to congratulate me personally. Stephanie cheerfully explained the available financial options and Joel was knowledgeable and extremely patient in demonstrating features of the new car. I would highly recommend West City Honda when you are looking for a reputable dealership that values their customers. Thank you for the wonderful, attentive service.

On Vacation had to get an oil change and tire rotation, easy to book an appointment which was quick plus gave me a coupon for a car wash which was a nice treat!
