Unprofessional, Selling vehicles out of good faith, Scamming customers. We have purchased 3 vehicles now from SMP, the first was a 2018 equinox with the 2.0L turbo charged engine and this is where the issues began... When on the highway in -20 or below weather repeatedly, the intercooler would freeze up and put the engine into limp mode, this would then require service and the intercooler to be drained at SMP every time this occurred (4 or more times, lost count) each time SMP guaranteed that they had "Fixed" the issue, which would occur again when the temperature dropped again. After getting into a minor collision we decided to "Upgrade" to the new 2021 Equinox with the new 1.8L turbo engine, the sales representative and sales manager guaranteed us that the 2021 would not have the intercooler freezing up problem. Less than 2 weeks after purchase of the brand new vehicle the same issue occurred again while driving on the highway. At this point we were sick of this reoccurring problem and SMP had clearly been negligent in the sale of this vehicle. We approached them at least to hopefully break even when trying to send back the vehicle as it clearly had all the same issues as the previous. They then fought us the whole way, trying to depreciate the vehicle substantially when this was clearly negligence on SMP's side. We eventually struck a deal to get a 2021 Blazer V6 non-turbo this time as clearly design of the turbo charged engines is faulty. The Blazer has been running great for the last 9 months with no issues, but we noticed mirrored uneven tire wear on both rear tires, they were now bald.. Clearly an alignment issue from factory as it is the non-driven wheels and given the matching wear on both rear tires. So we approach SMP again trying to get this issue resolved and they try to claim this is negligence on our behalf, when in reality they sold us a vehicle that was out of spec and was not inspected properly upon sale and apon each trip to the dealer where we were given an inspection report on the vehicle, each saying that the tires were OK. Needless to say after this review but here to reiterate: DO NOT GO TO SMP.

I had the honor of dealing with Casey. He is an amazing person who actually genuinely cares for his clients. I had only intended to inquire on an appraisal for my vehicle. After a few chats with Casey he was adamant that he had the perfect thing for me that would exceed my expectations- truth be told he had that exactly and more. Even passed the sale he is still making sure everything is smooth as butter. You will not be disappointed with this one!

I was travelling from Regina to Saskatoon on Tuesday afternoon Nov 16 and encountered the Blizzard of 2021! My Terrain was driving directly into the 90km winds and due to the snow and super cold conditions the truck went into low power mode. I stopped on the highway and called the service dept. as I had no idea what this meant. I left a message and Rebecca called me back well after hours to see how she could help me. She said if I could get it into Saskatoon, she would take it in first thing in the morning. Rebecca then followed up with me throughout the evening on her personal cell phone to make sure I was ok. Without to much detail, I made it in, SMP took my vehicle, drove me back to the hotel I was staying at. I received a call just after noon, letting me know they were still thawing out the truck, but they were on it. At 4:30 I went to pick up my vehicle, which was repaired, and now operating at 100%. Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she truly cared that I was ok, and got me on my way asap. I wish I lived in Saskatoon, SMP would be my go to for all my family vehicles.

Was looking for a small car And for want I want to use it for Dan Berrett was an amazing help to get me the perfect car. He is open and honest say it like it is. And that I respect alot.
