👍👍 **add on after 3 years*** 0 complaints with SMP. What i would say is avoid SAL.. it's who they use for vehicle warranty/road side assistance. Sal was called 2x over my coverage and both times it took 3+ hours of them saying i don't have coverage. To be told it's a computer error each time. Reached out to Sal management. They refused to refund me any out of pocket money.

The worst experience I’ve had buying a vehicle, agreed on a price next day when it came to finalizing they raised it $1000, then less than a month later it breaks down and now they’re saying my warranty doesn’t cover it and I have to pay to get it fixed

SMP- Slow Moving People If I can give 0 stars I'd do it! Service Department is a joke! How can an oil change go for 3-4 hours?! Service is in disarray and it's always excuse after excuse. We had to phone them and follow up repeatedly for them to provide updates. If you are going to get something done here take your business somewhere else.
