We recently were in a car accident and our new Equinox, which we had purchased from Ontario Motor Sales three weeks before was a total loss. Eric Curston and the sales team at Ontario Motor Sales went beyond our expectations by working with our insurance company to establish a vehicle replacement value which ensured a speedy settlement for us. In addition they searched and obtained a replacement vehicle from another dealership for us and maximized all available incentives. They also ensured that our snow tires were installed on the new vehicle prior to delivery.

the maintenance and wash I received on my camaro was good as expected, I just wish they would do something to set themselves apart from every other dealer.... I guess I just expect more when I go to the GM city :).
