It was a very positive experience and I was extremely impressed with the service I received.

I appreciated the length of time Gary spent with us in explaining the pros and cons of leasing a vehicle versus buying. Once we made our decision to lease, he was very helpful in every aspect of the transaction, from choosing a vehicle to explaining the various details of the operation of the car. We would definitely deal with him in the future.

We were looking specifically for a Trax and didn't see any out front so we went inside the dealer. Matt Reid greeted us, asked what we were looking for and offered us coffee while he brought one around. He went with us on the test drive and answered any questions we had. Back at the dealer he gave us a price. At no time did he pressure us about anything. We said we would talk about it and get back to him. Matt was very courteous and friendly. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he found out for us. He made us feel comfortable and not nervous or intimidated. He went out of his way to make our experience of buying a new car very easy and pleasurable. I would refer him to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

I have been waiting over three months for a part I was told would be 3-4 weeks to come in. As I'm waiting I get to keep reading about the deaths that this recall has caused...could we get it together? When I called the dealership for the third time, no one seems to be able to explain to me why it's been three months. I'm glad our safety means so much to you after selling the vehicle.

Alan was nice, polite, and pretty knowledgeable. Made the girlfriend and I fairly comfortable with the deal and we enjoyed the fact that he was not 'pushy' over the sale. He worked with our budget and helped us get what we needed. We appreciate the service and are fairly happy with the information provided. If all goes well we'll definitely recommend your lot.
