I did not give 5 stars for two reasons. When I was told my car was ready, I had to remind the service advisor that my service included new wiper blades. Most importantly, after the mechanics inspection, I was shown work that needed to be done and I had to ask if the new part and work were covered under my extended warranty. The service advisor said he would check it out and it was discovered that it was covered. I was disappointed that I had to ask about this...otherwise, it was fairly obvious that this would not have been noted at all and the service and new part would have cost me hundreds of $'s more!

I have dealt with Tiger since leasing the Honda CRV. I find that he is honest, respects the customer and gives the correct advise. His smile and posture is captivating. He is very service oriented and goes out of his way to deal with customers. I would always go to him for advise.

Went in for regular maintenance and tire change. This was completed on time, and I was called to let me know it was ready (I had left the premises).
