The customer service and overall level of service provided was exceptional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Hass and his knowledge and professionalism assisted me so well. Hass is a great asset for empire auto group for sure. He made my experience so good and I am definitely going to share the experience with my friends and family. Also it was my first car in Canada, He helped a lot to get the right math for me to fit my budget. Wonderful experience!!!!!!!

I wanted to say that I am very happy to work with Empire Auto, especially with Omar Kadri. He was my Sales rep and he found a vehicle that was suitable for family and I even tho I had bed credit. I would give Omar 10/10 for best customer service. Once again thanks for everything you did for me and my family.

Such great service, work, team, they were able to offer and do everything that I needed them to do for me that other dealerships weren’t able to do for me! Reach out me, if you want to have my personal opinion. Malik was my salesman, and Al was very helpful throughout the process as well. Thank you guys!

Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with. They promise you many things and then as soon as you get your vehicle then they stop answering all together. The manager Sam is even worse to deal with. Not only will he yell at you and put you down but then also flat out tells you he isnt going to honor the promises made because "it isnt his sale so its not his problem". That being said, i have voice recordings of the last phone call i had with Sam where he proceeded to yell at me. Sami(the salesman) is just as bad if not worse. He would speak with me many times a day and answer every question or concern that i had UNTIL the car was delievered to me , which might i mention was NOT in the condition i was promised. I regret ever dealing with this company and advise anyone looking into one of their vehicles to look at a different dealership. It is not worth the headache.

Horrible Service

I did not sell you the car , I got involved after you received the car , you requested tires and I purchased them for you ! Regretfully you received bad service but When I got involved you had tires installed in a timely manor . The internet is a great place to praise and trash ppl. I hope the salesman who sold you the car learns from this and I hope you can appreciate the little I was able to do ! I particularly find your comment comical considering I remedied your most desired request! Way to go miss Roy , continue telling half the story and continue picking and choosing your facts! You will receive no sympathy from me and our business will strive because our fundamental business practices are sound and honest! Good luck to you !
