Angela is the most amazing saleswoman who works at SMP. I have now bought two vehicles from her and I will continue buying them from her in the future. From the day I first met her she has been so wonderful, cheerful, and helpful. A couple years ago I had gone to another dealership where the sales person had treated me poorly when I told him I wanted an inexpensive car, his attitude towards me changed completely. When I went to SMP and met Angela I was treated with respect and like my money was as good as anyone else's. Every time I go there she is happy to see me and through the past few years has never forgotten my name. When I go to her I feel comfortable and she will not give up until I find the right vehicle for me and my budget. When I bought my most recent car, a cute little Spark, Angela was the only person I would go to. The rest of the staff has also been very friendly and treat their customers with respect, regardless of budget. Long story short, if you want to buy a car, new or used, from a company that respects their customers (and have the MOST amazing saleswoman in Saskatoon), then look no further than SMP.

We purchased a full size SUV recently and were super impressed with their service. They don’t rush through sales. They give the space to make independent and informed decisions. This is reflected in every person we dealt with in SMP. Thanks Jony, Amar, Gord and Riun for fantastic work and we appreciate your continued services for the community. Now for the hard part: 1. Seriously! newspapers in a waiting area. Common that has to go. Get us a QR code for a auto magazine subscription link or SMP deals. 2. I know we are in the age of YouTube but a little more introduction to the car and it’s features will help. 3. Inventory sells faster we get it. How about a digital banner showing the details of who has the key for the car we are looking for, in real time. Put an airtag on it and it’s simpler. Our salesperson was searching for it frantically (poor him). I will update this space on our service visit and wheelchair access soon.

The SMP dealership is awesome. The great staff made sure that I was taken care of and it didn’t take long before I was signing the paperwork and I got the perfect SUV. I would highly recommend SMP and as a gift I received a pair of Apple IPods Yay!

I recently returned from living abroad for 2 decades in a city where a car is not necessary so buying a car was a daunting experience. I started looking at non-traditional used car shopping options (buying online) but couldn't find the right car. So, I took a deep breath and prepared to meet the 'Used Car Salesman". Stevie turned out to be not so scary at all. In fact, he was extremely helpful and full of useful information. He answered all my questions, and didn't even make me feel stupid when I asked what were probably the most obvious questions in the world to most people. I had a lot of fun finding the right car for me and I felt like Stevie was on my team for the search, not just eager to make any sale for the sake of the sale. I'm very happy with my 2020 Chevy Trax and the care I received from Stevie and the entire staff at SMP. Thanks Stevie! I hope we can have that proper chin wag someday XD
