UPDATE: puchased 3m and ceramic coating, it came back awful, the paint on the car is chipping, 2 very small rock chips which I admit was from my small amount of travel, and some larger ones in areas where rocks dont hit, they repaired that with a touch up pen. The center concil was damaged, they put fuzz over it, they redid the 3m, as in they cut off the parts that were sagging, the lines are out to lunch, theres already dirt and debris behind all the seams, bubbles, etc. Now I find a scratch on my rear bumper, as I was wiping off the black tire shine they put on everytime that ends up all over your car, just to be told that it happened over night in my private indoor stall. I'm so done with the lying and the games here, sales team are nice guys, but something shady going on in the shop. Not going back here for anything. 900km on the car and it has more blemishes then my 2019 truck that I use for work.

Thank you for the 5 star review Jesse, we sincerely appreciate it! UPDATE: Jesse when you originally took possession of the new car it was straight out of the showroom and in perfect condition. You have said how the sales team was great, I know first hand how much you appreciated the effort of them and our sales managers, because you expressed that gratitude to them. When you returned to have film and ceramic coating done, you complained of damage to the vehicle. Which, logically, occurred while the vehicle was in your possession. Out of good will and customer service we made the repairs for free. After everything was complete you did a very thorough walk around of the vehicle and were very happy with the results and thanked us before driving away. Then 2 days later you contacted us complaining of more damage. Jesse while we understand that it is frustrating to have any sort of damage to a new car, you have to understand that we are not responsible for what happens while it is in your possession. As you said, you have 900 kms on the car and we cannot be held responsible for what happened during that time. Thank you.
