My son bought a truck that had no shocks and the mud fell off the windshield leaked and had a platinum package on it and it has been in the garage for over two weeks and no loaner vehicle is available not impressed with this car dealer also won’t replace the mud flaps and won’t give us the head office number to contact

Excellent mechanics, the 2 brothers so helpful and so patient in explanations!! I highly recommend using either of those 2 :) Recently traded in our ford for a dodge rebel gt and Jaggy, Fern and Loni were so awesome to deal with!!! Very happy with my new truck and Riverside for helping 😀

"While I've been thoroughly impressed with Riverside Dodge's service and their exceptional work on my vehicle, I must address a less favorable encounter with one of their salespeople. This individual showered me with praise and accolades about my vehicle, making claims about how well I've taken care of it, which I found rather dubious. I had purchased the vehicle only a month ago out of Alberta, and it had been to the dealership solely for a safety inspection. They had no real basis to judge my vehicle care.The salesperson attempted to persuade me into considering a newer vehicle with the same payments and a higher trade-in value for my vehicle. However, when I mentioned that my truck must be a diesel, the tone drastically changed, and suddenly, they lost interest in assisting me. This kind of salesmanship feels insincere and leaves me with a bad taste. In conclusion, while Riverside Dodge boasts a phenomenal parts and service department, I can't help but feel uneasy about the disingenuous approach from one of their sales representatives. It's disappointing to be greeted with empty flattery and high-pressure tactics without a genuine understanding of my needs or my vehicle history. Such an experience makes me question whether I'd consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership."

"Changing your vehicle ownership experience one fair deal at a time" Has never been such a bold-faced lie of a statement. And there is a lot to go over.. I wouldn't recommend the vehicle checkups at Riverside Dodge to save customer warranty. It's pointless if the people doing the maintenance on your vehicle are not trained and don't know what they're doing. Did service to my partners vehicle, asked to rotate the tires and requires an oil change. Vehicle is returned, tires weren't rotated, milage was listed over 50,000km before next oil change, and the vehicle was returned sounding different on the increase of rpm's. I feel your staff who looks after the vehicles does not properly care for customer vehicles, or has little experience in what they are doing. Should I begin to mention the sales department at Riverside Dodge? They are rude and talk like they're above you. Even better, when they kept my partners vehicle in the shop for 3 hours for an oil change while they pretty much vebally forced her and conviced her into a new vehicle while she wasn't able to get back to hers that was sitting in the shop. 3 hours of paperwork. And leaving her with the +50k of her last vehicle owing towards her new lease after having a conversation that was a lot different (basically they accumulated the entire debt of her last vehicle completely into the new agreement, and stole her vehicle without any trade in value to the new lease). Completely conned by you people in every event. I feel pity for anybody who deals with you guys. Especially at the point where she lost her father, and the words your salesmen used to manipulate your customers to execute a sale. "If you were my daughter I wouldn't do this to you" Spoken by a traveling salesmen under transparency of having a different salesman named Casey to sign for the agreement that they had fired not long after (good assumption was through some level of inscrupulency that is already happening here). Or Morgan from the sales dept. "You have to talk to you boyfriend about everything?" Rude and ignorantly upon my partner being basically inimidated into a new vehicle. The stunts you guys pull, especially if this is not just an isolated case, this is absolutely criminal. But it's legitimate because it was written on paper right? I'm aware your sales department will not rectify this situation, I only hope people will make the logical enough decision to stop being disgraced as a customer by your associates. Making my woman cry from being completely conned at Riverside Dodge. Never going back. Never been treated so poorly.

Fantastic dealership, super friendly as soon as you walk in the door. We were at Riverside for service on our Jeep, another place had told us we needed a rear differential but it was a bolt that hadn’t been replaced. Riverside Dodge looked after us right away and looked after dealing with the other mechanic to cover the cost of repair. Our service advisor was great, keeping in touch with us, thanks Kaylee!
