BUYER BEWARE! WORST DEALERSHIP EXPIRENCE. Spouse and myself purchased two trucks from here. My half ton (USED August 2022) was damaged in the time it took me to sign the papers and the lot person took it to wash it leaving a significant dent in the rear passenger door. After over 6 months of fighting to get it fixed and the front end falling part I decided to get rid of it. They magically had time to get it in after i traded it and where so happy to hear they didnt have to uphold their deal. Im in a GMC and will not return to dodge. My spouse purchases a 1 ton dually (NEW Febuary 2022) which we recently received a phone call from the dealership saying we are supposed to bring it in and trade for a half ton because they had a buyer FOR OUR TRUCK! ITS NOT FOR SALE! It is our company truck and carries 6k plus in weight daily in the box. The customer service and sales has gotten so much worse in the last 6 months than when we bought both out trucks. My spouse intends to be switching to GMC/CHEV solely for the POOR SERVICE AND DISHONESTY.
