Recently purchased a Buick Envista from Georgian Chevrolet, I was assisted by product advisor Jamie. Jamie was extremely kind and helpful through the whole process. When we first met there was a logistical issue which left me unable to test drive the Envista I came to see in the first place. I feel as though most employees would’ve just told me I was out of luck and gotten me to come back another time. Instead Jamie drove to where I live in Orillia on his own time and let me test drive his personal Envista. This gesture is what sealed the deal for my wife and I completing our purchase at this dealership. Jamie kept us up to date on all Envista’s as they came in until we got exactly what we wanted. He never once pushed us into something we didn’t want. Thanks again Jamie for your help! Brandon

It's funny, my experience here started with the salesman and I having a conversation about google reviews. I was saying I have no issue taking the time to give a good review, but it takes a really bad experience for me to give a negative one. Not only do they not hold anywhere close to their website appraisal, they will confirm a trade in value only for their GM "Todd" to decide that he didn't like that number and renege. Wasted hours of my life with this dealership. Absolutely terrible experience. You are the reason people do not trust car dealerships.
